Budget deficit management
America's deficit is growing
condition to reduce its acumulated debt

2.disciplin from goverment

Debt ratio to GDP will go up to more than 100%.
Rating of long term debt may be downgraded.
Other country whose ratio became more than 100% was downgraded.
Demand for USD is important. For now ther is mo alternative. EUR is too young
